This is my second visit to Medivet. Same reason, saving my pet's life, a turtle (named Jack). He is developing a deadly Respiratory Infection (RI). I'm very sure about that. He keeps showing the symptoms which is open-mouth breathing, sneezing, bubbles coming out from his mouth and nose, and refuse to eat. He seems a bit passive lately.
I met Ms. Evelyn, the one who treat my Jack on my 1st visit 2 months ago. As usual, she just take a look at Jack's physical condition, checking the heart beat rate and after a few moment, she came up with the results.
As expected, Jack had the RI but I guess it is not critical yet. He is very weak in breathing, deficiency in Vitamin C and his immunity system. The vet just gave him a shot of antibiotic and anti-stress injection. Poor Jack. The consultation plus medication, cost me rm49. Quite expensive but it's worth it. I have to take a very good care of him for the next few days. I know he is striving with pain right now.
Get well soon Jack.
